Who this covers
This policy covers brandonwallsatx.com, operated by Brandon Walls, a licensed Texas real estate agent (TREC License #851317-SA) with One Place Realty. It applies to both the apartment/home locating service (marketed as One Place Locators) and the home sales service (marketed as One Place Realty) described on this site.
What information I collect
When you fill out a form on this site (the pre-qualification questionnaires on the Locating and Home Sales pages, the general "Get Started" form, or the Guest Card), I collect what you enter directly: your name, phone number, email address, and details relevant to your search, such as budget, timeline, bedroom count, price range, preferred areas, and any notes you add. I don't ask for or collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or government ID through this site.
Like most websites, my hosting provider's server logs basic technical information automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
Analytics and session recording
This site uses three third-party tools to understand how visitors use it and to improve it:
- Google Analytics: reports aggregate visitor behavior such as pages viewed, approximate location, device, and how you arrived at the site.
- Microsoft Clarity: records anonymized sessions and heatmaps (clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement) so I can see where visitors get stuck.
- PostHog: records product analytics events and session replays of how pages are used.
These tools use cookies or similar identifiers. I have configured Clarity and PostHog to mask what you type into form fields, so your name, phone number, email address, and notes are not captured in recordings. The information you submit through the forms goes only to my private Google Sheet, not to these analytics providers. Each provider handles the data it collects under its own privacy policy. You can limit tracking with your browser's privacy settings, a tracking blocker, or Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them directly from Google when a page loads.
How I use your information
I use what you submit to follow up with you by phone, text, or email about the apartment/home locating or home buying help you asked for. I don't use it for anything else, and I don't sell it.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are sent to a private Google Sheet that only I have access to. I don't share this data with advertisers or data brokers.
When I share your information
- Apartment/home locating: when you decide to apply for a specific property, I share the details needed for that application directly with the property or property management company on your behalf.
- Home sales: if you're connected with a vendor from my network (lender, inspector, contractor), it's only with your knowledge at that point in the process.
- I don't share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can ask me to delete the information you've submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@brandonwallsatx.com.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
