Services described on this site
This site describes two services offered by Brandon Walls, a licensed Texas real estate agent with One Place Realty:
- Apartment/home locating (marketed as One Place Locators): free to the renter, paid by the property.
- Home sales (marketed as One Place Realty): buyer representation, commission per the listing agreement, no fixed structure.
No agency relationship until it's in writing
Filling out a form on this site, or texting or emailing me, doesn't by itself create a client or agency relationship. That happens once we've talked and signed the appropriate written agreement (for example, a tenant representation agreement for locating, or a buyer representation agreement for home sales), consistent with Texas real estate practice.
Accuracy of information
Property availability, pricing, specials, and other details mentioned in conversation or in property listings can change without notice. Always confirm current details directly with the property, lender, or other third party before relying on them.
Not legal, financial, or tax advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or tax advice. For those, talk to a qualified attorney, financial advisor, or tax professional.
Third-party links and services
This site links to third parties (Instagram, TREC documents, and others) and uses a third-party form-processing service (Google) to handle submissions. I'm not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites I don't control.

I work hard to find the right fit for every client, but I can't guarantee a specific outcome, application approval, home purchase, or offer acceptance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
